How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Communityteacher Tree Service to feel treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Communityteacher Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work on your property, the first step is usually to talk to the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Communityteacher Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@communityteacher.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
