Privacy Policy for Communityteacher Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit communityteacher.living, call the phone number on this website, or send a request form to Communityteacher Tree Service. Here, 'we' and 'us' mean Communityteacher Tree Service. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Gather

Some details come straight from you. If you call or fill out a form, you might share your name, phone number, email address, location, and a few notes about your tree or property.

Other details are collected automatically while you browse. These can include your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you open, and when you visited. Calls to the number on this website may be tracked, and some may be recorded, for quality and billing purposes.

Why We Use It

We use your information to:

• Link you with an independent tree removal provider that serves your area
• Pass your request details to that provider so they can reach out and set up a visit
• Reply to your questions and messages
• See how this website and our phone lines get used
• Make the website and the service better
• Meet legal duties and stop fraud or misuse

Who Gets It

Communityteacher Tree Service is a referral service. When you ask for help, we pass your contact details and request information to one or more independent providers or marketing partners so they can contact you. Those providers are separate businesses, and each has its own privacy practices.

We may also share information with companies that help run this website and our phone systems, such as hosting, analytics, and call-tracking services. We may release information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Still, some laws count sharing with marketing partners as a sale or a share. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out.

Cookies and Analytics

This website may use cookies and similar tools to see how visitors use it. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If you turn them off, some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, fix, or delete your personal information, or opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email contact@communityteacher.living. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on it.

Keeping Data Safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Even so, no way of sending or storing data is perfectly secure. We hold on to information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
